Are there any hidden fees?

Once a quote is provided, it will include a detailed breakdown of all costs so there are no surprises.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Do you require a deposit before starting the project?

Yes, we require an initial deposit to secure your project on our schedule.

This deposit is typically 50% of the total project cost, but other arrangements can be made if you are on a custom payment plan.

Deposits ensure both parties are committed to moving forward.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my project?

Refunds for cancelled projects are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the progress of the work completed.

While the initial deposit is generally non-refundable, we will work with you to address your concerns and reach a fair resolution.

Can I change my payment plan after it has been set up?

What should I do if I experience issues with my payment?

Agreement

What are the payment schedules outlined in the agreement?

Unless otherwise agreed upon the following apply.

  • For standard and e-commerce websites, payment is split into two instalments:
    1. 50% deposit upfront to secure your project.
    2. 50% upon completion and handover of the final product.
  • For monthly term agreements, the first and last months’ payments are required at the start, with recurring instalments due on the same date each month.
  • For one-off services, full payment is required upfront before work begins.
Is a deposit required before beginning my project?

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your project. This is typically 50% of the total cost for website projects or the first and last months’ payments for monthly term agreements.

What happens if I make a late payment?

Late payments will incur a 15% administration fee, which will be applied to your next invoice. To avoid additional charges, we recommend paying invoices within the timeframe specified (typically within seven days of receipt).

What are the terms for terminating the agreement?
  • If you choose to terminate without any breach, you must provide 30 days’ written notice.
  • Payment for all completed work and any outstanding instalments will be due within seven business days of termination.
  • If mutually agreed to stop work before completion, Websites 4 Success will provide all completed work to date once payment is settled.
How does ownership of intellectual property work under the agreement?

All intellectual property developed during the project will transfer to you once the final payment is made. Until this is completed, intellectual property remains under the ownership of Websites 4 Success.

Can I adjust my payment plan after the agreement starts?

Yes, we understand circumstances can change. You can reach out to our team to discuss adjustments to your payment plan. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

What happens if there is a dispute about payments or services?

Both parties agree to pursue resolution through an independent arbitrator if needed. Costs for arbitration will be borne individually by each party.

Are legal fees applicable for unpaid invoices?

Yes, if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed termination period, Websites 4 Success reserves the right to seek legal action to recover outstanding fees. All associated legal costs will be the client’s responsibility.
